A full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the brook below offers options to host your own dinner or enjoy brunch in the sunshine. A separate entrance gives privacy from the pub and extensive sound proofing means you will hear little more than a hubbub if you re not warming your feet by the fire already.

A full English and continental breakfast is provided for guests to prepare in their private kitchen: country bacon and juicy sausages from Muckwell Farm fresh bread from Frogmore bakery free range farm eggs laid in South Pool mushrooms and tomatoes (in season) grown within a mile of the village and milk from Devon cows. This is complimented by French croissants pain-au-chocolate jam fruit cereal and juice.
