Description

Based in the heart of Cromer the Oakes House is a modern clean and fresh apartment. We have spent time effort and money making it somewhere we d want to stay. Let s face it we ve all stayed places including us we found disappointing. Sometimes this is because the host hasn t thought it through properly sometimes they simply haven t cared. We have and we do.

The Oakes House is equally suitable for business people and others looking for accommodation and can be booked for periods of just a few days to several months or as long as is required.

With three apartments to choose from we can accommodate up to 4 people in Flat 1 and up to 5 people in each of Flats 2 & 3. Each apartment has a main double bedroom and in Flats 2 & 3 there is also an additional single bedroom. All apartments have a comfortable sofa bed in the living room capable of sleeping up to 2 adults.

The kitchens are fully kitted for self-catering and include a fridge/freezer washer/dryer oven and hob microwave Nespresso coffee machine toaster & kettle iron and ironing board.

The lounge/diner has a large 49 inch flat screen Smart TV and fast & free Wi-Fi/broadband connection. The TV is internet enabled and therefore subject to subscription gives access to Netflix Amazon Prime etc. as well as all the usual Freeview channels.
