Our Guest House is located within this popular area making it an easy 10-15min walk into Norwich city centre. You needn t even go that far however as there are many pubs cafes restaurants and shops all close by that provide plenty of option. Whether you want to buy some fresh food from a local butcher or farmer s market and cook at home go out for a pub dinner and drinks treat yourself to the area s best fish and chips (2min walk from your front door!) or just want a takeaway we have everything you need on offer. Each room is equipped with a local guide so you can quickly see what s available so that you can focus on just doing what takes your fancy!

For those seeking to go a bit further we are 0.7 km from Norwich Cathedral 2.3 km from University of East Anglia or 2.6 km away from Norwich City Football Club. Nearby are Julian Hospital 900 metres away or Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library situated 1.2 km from the property. All our rooms at the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen smart TV and unlimited free high speed fibre optic broadband via wifi. We also have a great communal kitchen which has all the basics. This is what our guests are saying We opened the front door to the fresh smell of linen and felt straight at home! Having use of the kitchen was a huge plus as you don t have that option at most hotels and B&B s and access to washing machine was also an added bonus!
