A 4 Star Silver highly recommended Guest House & Self Catering Apartment.

Prices quoted depend on occupancy levels and include Continental Breakfast (except the apartment which is charged as a supplement).

Conveniently located in a peaceful residential area close to the junction of the A11 / A47 providing easy onward access.

Highly rated by our guests with regular returners we offer 5 ensuite bedrooms some of which can be prepared flexibly as single twin double or family rooms up to a maximum (in Room 5) of 4 family members.

Although we do take online bookings we prefer guests to call or email to book to ensure we are clear on your requirements and can prepare your room (eg twin / double / family etc) accordingly and importantly also clarify your arrival time.

Best visited with a car for ease of travel our Guests can walk to the University of East Anglia Norfolk and Norwich Hospital IFR The Sainsbury Centre and Norwich Research Park and are more than welcome to leave cars in the 24 hour off road parking that we have available. Guests may also catch a bus or use the Park and Ride (or walk ) into Norwich (about 3.5 miles away) or beyond.

There is a choice of local pubs / restaurants a fish and chip shop a Chinese take away a Waitrose and a Tesco Express in the area all of which are just under 1 mile away and therefore walkable for some. Our local pub (Cellar House) also offers our Guests a 10% discount subject to some conditions.

Cringleford is a lovely area and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

NB - It is worth mentioning that we are always concerned for the well being of all of our guests & are definitely NOT AN APPROPRIATE VENUE FOR STAG / HEN PARTIES OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. Our family rooms are also for family members only and where this is not the case reservations should be requested by telephone or email and specifically approved in advance.
