Highfield Apartment is a 2 bedroom Ground Floor Apartment located in a quiet cul de sac of Chester Le Street.



This is a step free access property once you are through the communal entrance you are only a few steps away from the door to the apartment.

Once inside you are met with a neutrally decorated property and hallway at the end of the corridor you will find the open plan lounge and kitchen area and along the way you will pass the Master bedroom which was an ensuite and shower in it this bedroom can be configured to either 2 x single beds or 1 x king size bed.

This room in particular is always set as 2 x single beds so please let us know if you prefer an alternative configuration.



You will also pass a double bedroom and main bathroom with bath and shower.





The living room has a small dining room table and chair set that seats 4 people and a seater sofa bed is also available should you wish to use it.



The apartment comes with wifi TV and now TV units with Entertainment package included. On the dry or sunny days you can access the grass areas around the building. As this is a communal garden there is no outside furniture or BBQs permitted unfortunately.



PARKING



Designated parking for one car available. If you require additional parking there is Visitors Parking in the area but these spaces are limited and are for all apartments in the block and is first come first served basis.



TRANSPORT



Access to Main Roads including A1(M) is approximately 10 minutes drive



CHECKIN



We always prefer to meet and greet our guests but whilst this is not always possible we will advise you accordingly and make alternative arrangements for you to collect keys.
