The Beresford Arms is situated in the pretty village of Whalton in the heart of Northumberland only 6 miles from Newcastle airport and 6 miles to Morpeth with easy access to the A1.
The Beresford Arms has been refurbished in the last year we can now offer a comfortable nights stay in one of our new letting rooms all are en suite have WiFi free parking and private entrance away from the main building.
We offer a menu created by our head chef Chris who has chosen local produce to offer a traditional country pub menu with a modern twist.
We offer a full menu Monday to Saturday 12.00pm to 9.00pm and
Sunday Lunch 12.00pm to 5.00pm. Booking advised.
We have a good selection of real ales including local guest ales and a
a nice selection of wines spirits and of course gin.
Our ethos is simple we want you to enjoy our food and have a good night s sleep so no matter where your journey is taking you whether it s to visit the beautiful Northumbrian coast or travel to another destination you start your day refreshed.
One of our Double rooms is dog friendly therefore dogs can be brought along upon request at a surcharge.
