The house is Edwardian and stands in an acre of garden and mature trees. It was built in 1902 for a manager of the local steel works. It incorporates all of the features of a grandeur home. High ceilings with decorative cornice solid oak staircase. There are 2 dining/function rooms one of which has an open fire with marble surrounds. The rooms lend themselves to a variety of different functions birthdays small weddings baby showers etc.etc.Our aim is to accommodate whatever the customer requires and we will do our best to provide whatever is required. There is a beautiful bar area where you can sip a wine have a coffee/speciality tea beer or just relax with the paper. The conservatory is the window to the outside - watching the people and traffic go by but relax at the same time. There are 5 bedrooms 4 double and 1 single all tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. All of the bedrooms have tea making facilities a lounging facility where you can switch off and enjoy the tv or use the free wifi.
