Housed in a restored listed building in the heart of Hitchin's town centre, Doughtys Brasserie welcomes visitors for brunch, lunch or an evening meal, or just to enjoy a cup of coffee. Although an English restaurant at heart, there are a variety of dishes on offer - from Morrocan spiced lamb to oak smoked salmon as well as a selection of vegetarian starters and main courses.
