Description

PRIVATE 5 BEDROOM HOUSE arranged over 2 floors in West LONDON.

It is close to South Harrow Tube Station on the Piccadilly line. Wembley Stadium is a few minutes drive away. Our house is perfect for business travelers groups of friends and family groups (with kids). There is off street parking for 1 car and plenty of space on the street to park for free.

There are 4 generous sized double bedrooms and a larger than the average single bedroom. A cot is available on request.

The space

All the rooms have been extensively decorated to a high standard with a lovely colour theme which has been nicely put together by the Interior Decorator.

The house comfortably sleeps 9 people in beds. It is a lovely semi-detached property in a safe secure and convenient area.

The house is arranged over two floors with a spacious living room and kitchen/dining space a large family bathroom which consist of shower WC and bath. There are also 2 double bedrooms with double beds downstairs. One of the bedroom downstairs has a walk-in dressing room. We also have a furnished garden with an apple tree.

On the first floor are 2 Double Bedrooms with double beds 1 larger than normal single Bedroom 1 Bathroom and a separate Toilet. There is an additional workstation furnished with work stable chair and table lamp.

The facilities include gas central heating a large 50 SmartTV Netflix package as well as 100mbs fibre optic wireless internet access which gives you unlimited downloads dishwasher and washing machine.

From the tube station it takes less than 30 minutes to get into Central London and easily access all the main attractions. A walk to the tube will take 12 minutes or 2 minutes in a taxi (costing ?5).

Unlike other houses this is used as a PERMANENT HOLIDAY RENTAL this means you are not renting anyone else s home but completely YOUR OWN NEUTRAL SPACE.
