- Raised money for many charities which includes Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital and the Essex Air Ambulance.
- Cooked the worlds biggest biryani serving 25000 people breaking the previous record.
- Appeared on Channel 4's Big Breakfast morning show, cooking food live on air.
- Cooked for the former Prime Minister John Major’s 50th birthday party and many celebrity guests.
