Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8 am to midnight. Should you have any queries at all during your stay our reception team will be delighted to help. Arrival Information: Late arrivals: If you expect to arrive after midnight simply contact our reception team prior to your arrival and they will be happy to provide you with the relevant codes for the main entrance and for the safety box where your keys will be stored. Should you have any difficulties entering the building please do not hesitate to contact our emergency contact telephone number which you will find in our main door. Payment Please be advised that reservations will only be fully confirmed subject to successful pre-authorization. The full payment for your stay will be requested upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards though a 2% commission will apply to all credit card transactions (commission not applicable to UK debit cards). In case of prepaid reservations guests will need to present the credit card used for payment together with a valid form of I.D upon check in.
