Please send us a valid Gov t ID at the time of confirming a booking and needs to present the card used while making the payment. 2. To settle the booking we will send a secure link to pay online along w/ damage dep of ? 150 it will be refunded 2 wks after checkout. Full payment has to be made in advance through a Payment Link PayPal and Bank Transfer. ?150 Security Deposit is mandatory to pay to confirm the booking. There is no exception on the Security Deposit. We do not deal in cash hence we request you not to send us any bookings if guest wishes to make payment in Cash or on Arrival. 3. Keys to be kept in mailbox upon check-out 4. Wi-Fi password is in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apt so you can enjoy free internet facilities. 5. We provide extra bed at an additional ? 35/night 6. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional ? 35 /week 7. All the Company s Properties are non-smoking including all public areas of the building. No loud music or partying is allowed at any point of time in any of our apartment. A charge of ?370 will be levied for deep cleaning if this is not adhered to 8. Our standard Check-in time is 1500-2000 Hours.The check-in is 1500-2000 Hours & checkout is 1000 Hours as standard. Early check-in 1200-1500 Hours - ?20 per hour. Early check-in before 1200 Hours - 1 full night charge. Late check-in 2000-2300 Hours - ?20 per hour. Late check-in after 2300 Hours - 1 full night charge. Late check-out 1000-1200 - ?20 per hour. Late check-out post 1200 - 1 full night charge. Early & Late Check-in & Late Check-out are all subject to availability and realization of payments 9. In order to ensure best service & comfort during your stay provide us with the information: - Please advise us estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apt for key collection at the time of booking - Call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival. Should we not have heard from you or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive 10. In the event of an apt not being habitable due to loss of power loss of heating and/or water lock problems or similar we have right to offer alternative suitable accommodation of a similar grade & appropriate location where possible under the existing terms & conditions. 11. The number of guests permissible in the property may not exceed the number named and specified in the contract for the booking. A violation will result in a surcharge of ?40 per person per night or may result in the booking being cancelled with no refund & you and all guests having to depart immediately 12. There is no luggage storage facility available 13. There is no parking facility available. However NCP are available in walking distance from all apartments 14. We have multiple units in the building which are similar in size & specs 15. Our standard Check-in time is 1500-2000 Hours 16. Pls call us an hour prior to arrival for smooth check-in 17.
