All the apartments are newly refurbished to a high standard and benefit from its contemporary design and high quality comfortable furniture. All apartments have a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of dining and living space which is complimented by the period high ceilings and large windows.There is a daily cleaning service available and free WiFi. As we are serviced apartments our reception and front desk are based in Victoria Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm and Sundays our office is closed. After working hour our help line will be able to assist the guest. The property will send the instructions for self check-in prior to arrival including the access code and the exact address of the accommodation. The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. You will be sent a 3D secure payment link as payments are required 7 days prior to arrival. After full payment is received proof of ID that matches the payment card is required to be sent by email before arrival in order to verify customer s details. If the card is invalid Apartments Inn London Lancaster Gate will not send the instructions with the access code. Parties and gatherings are not permitted at this property. Please note guests must be aged 21 years or over to book an apartment. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required for certain types of rooms. You will be sent a 3D secure payment link and payments are required at least 3 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if the apartment has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions and after an inspection on the apartment has taken place during and after your stay.
