The modern stylish twin single room appartment adjoins our 18th century family home in which we have lived for over 25 years. It has been completely refurbished providing a cosy and secluded space with a lovely light open plan kitchen/livingroom and French doors onto a private terrace with views across garden and fields. Private front door access and secure parking. Being keen foodies we pride ourselves in providing a very well equipped kitchen and are happy to let guests pick seasonal vegetables/herbs for free from our vegetable garden.



We are located within the Green Belt in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as an Area of Special Scientific Interest. The surrounding area boasts a vast network of public footpaths across National Trust land through woodland fields hills and valleys and is famous for its cycle routes spreading in all directions allowing guests to explore the very best that our region has to offer right from the doorstep. Several favourite walking and cycle routes from the door are available in the cottage. Safe cycle storage available.



Oak House Farm lies a short drive from the towns of Edenbridge Sevenoaks and Oxted with excellent rail links into central London. Gatwick Airport is 25 minutes drive and the channel tunnel and Dover port is 60 minutes by car making this an ideal stop-off before an early flight or channel crossing.
