Bringing fabulous coffee to Battersea's riverside, cafayel specialises in providing its customers with the perfect cup of coffee. The cafe opened in January 2011 and is located at London's most exclusive eco-friendly hotel, Rafayel on the Left Bank. The hotel enlisted the help of James Phillips, a talented barista and owner of Dose Espresso to set up the cafe in the hotel's lobby. James takes his coffee seriously and demonstrates a real pride in his work. Each month cafayel will feature two guest coffees for customers to choose from. The cafe also plans to start hosting regular tasting or 'cupping' events where customers can sample coffees from around the world and experience the different tastes and intensities they offer. Using only responsibly sourced coffee, cafayel offers much more than just a caffeine shot, customers can expect to leave having had a truly exceptional cup of coffee.
