First, our in House architect can design your projects, manage the planning application, as well as provide drawings and advice where necessary throughout the duration of your project. . Since summer 2012, she is one of the first architects in the UK to be recognised as a Passive House Designer. Bespoke design mixed with high energy saving solutions, the Passive House standard allows you to reduce in a massive way your energy bills, and give you a peaceful state of mind to live in an eco-friendly and healthy house.
Our architect assistant has been recently recognised as a BREEAM listed assessor and can handle all kind of BREEAM domestic refurbishments. She is also able to provide you with daylight/ sunlight and artificial studies, as well as Carbon Footprint Calculations.
This means that All Done Design can manage a large panel of sustainable projects.

Then, All Done Build will build your project, whether you went through the design with All Done Design or not. Our dedicated team of experts and our experience of over 10 years in the construction industry have been recognised many times by our valued clients. In the past three years, 97% of our customers judge that our work met their expectations. We pride ourselves in holding many accreditations throughout years, including ISO 9001 that we have had since 2008.
Each client has their allocated Contracts Manager as a unique contact who is dealing directly with all other departments to carry out the project in the best conditions. A weekly site meeting is schedule right from the start of the project to bring all information regarding the progress of the work and to consult with clients and update any requests.
Our strength is our ability to create a friendly and warm relationship with our clients and to prove how trustworthy and reliable we are.
Our clients also value that we employ our own workforce. From gas engineer, electrician, plumber to bricklayer, tiller… We have all the skills under one roof.
