Liverpool Lytham House is a 2 bed semi-detached house located in Aintree Liverpool which comfortably sleeps 5 people is located within close proximity to M57 A59 and A580 and of course is located within a short distance from the famous Aintree Racecourse as well as Fazakerley Hospital and Aintree University Hospital.



The house has recently been refurbished and it s clean and neutral decor throughout provides a sense of peace and tranquillity to this homely house located in a quiet residential location.



The bed configuration consists of the main bedroom which is usually setup as a twin room but can easily be converted to a king size bed and has the added comfort of a ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 also has two twin beds and sits next door to the main bathroom.



There is a seperate dining room for those nights in where you want to sit down to a comfortable table of 6 but during the day have the freedom to sit in peace looking out to the garden area on a comfortable sofa.



The kitchen has recently been fitted with washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher and has all the amenities you could think of whether you are staying for 2 nights or 2 weeks.
