I am a hypno-psychotherapist, which basically means that I am trained to the highest level in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I combine the two disciplines to help you achieve lasting change in your life.

I work in the Warrington area and have my own private consulting room that has it's own private entrance and is quiet and discreet, warm and comfortable.

I specialise in anxiety disorders and help people with their anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fears, phobias, self esteem issues and confidence.

I also help people to quit smoking and to help them lose weight.
