Ladies Workout Express offers the perfect venue for women who want to improve their health, tone up and lose weight. Our highly effective 30-minute workout can burn up to 500 calories, providing a full body workout that combines aerobic (heart and lungs) training with resistance (strength) training. The hydraulic equipment is specially designed for women and caters for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. To help you get the results you want, we provide a full range of classes in our studio, and can tailor a programme for you using our more traditional cardio and resistance equipment if you prefer. In addition, we offer weight-loss programmes for ladies who would welcome a little more help with their diet.
