80 Watergate Street is a three storey Georgian townhouse which has been lovingly restored and filled with modern and interesting pieces of furniture. Each room has been individually designed and styled for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The bed and breakfast is situated in the heart of the Chester inside the city walls just a stones throw from Chester Racecourse. The city s shops and sights are but a moment s walk from the front door.
Each afternoon we invite you to join us for tea and homemade cake in the dining room - a lovely place to relax with comfy seating and a log burning stove.
Nothing is too much trouble for us at 80 Watergate Street. Each room has been appointed with all you could need to ensure you have a relaxing and luxurious stay. Turn on the flat screen TV if nothing takes your fancy then plug your phone into a docking station listen to music and make yourself a Nespresso coffee.
Breakfast is served in our dining room on the ground floor. We only use the highest quality ingredients and the meat is sourced from a local butcher. The continental selection contains homemade and locally sourced products which cater for all dietary requirements. Please let us know of any special requirements and we will be happy to source and supply.
The bed and breakfast is situated on an ancient Friary of which there were three in this part of Chester. Each room takes a Friary as it s name if you would like to research them the names are Whitefriars Greyfriars and Blackfriars.
Please note that Whitefriars and Greyfriars are on the second floor and Blackfriars is on the third floor. Thank you.
Please note that during the summer months there is a minimum of two nights per stay.
