Lut s B&B where Melanie is dancing under the walnut treel. Grange farm is a beautiful 300 old year listed renovated farmhouse nestling in acres of Lincolnshire fields situated 5 miles from the centre of historic Lincoln and 2 miles from the A46.
We upgraded and restyled the house to create a modern feel without losing the character leaving the original features of beams fireplaces and winding stairs to the attic room.
Once through the door the house wraps itself around you and gives you that homely feeling where you can completely unwind
The quietness of the house and the beautiful surroundings ensure you get a good night s sleep. The combination of the warm homely feel of the farmhouse with the luxury of well dressed soft beds.
From very spacious to pretty and quaint all the rooms welcome you into their relaxed atmosphere.
Before you go to bed you can start looking forward to next morning s breakfast. You pick your breakfast from our outrageous breakfast menu that offers the best to everybody s taste and health from indulgeous to healthy. We are vegetarian and vegan friendly and free from s are not a problem.
Sit at our big table and enjoy views of the courtyard wilderness rabbits pheasants.
In our guest lounge you can relax with a hot drink from the coffee/tea corner enjoy reading a book watching telly or picking a DVD or playing a board game and having a chat with another guest. On cold days we lit the fire to give you that homely cosy feeling.
Our house is surrounded by horse paddocks of 56 horses who found their home at my husbands DIY livery. You can watch the horse life where owners and horses play in the big manage and indoor school.
Our location is a big asset and offers lots of things to see do and experience for those who love the in the middle of nowhere feeling and can enjoy the country side discover the beauty of rolling Lincolnshire.
