Description

3 Things Guests Love

1) The Apartment is DESIGNED to a good spec that looks BEAUTIFUL. It has a COMFY swing chair for great RELAXATION.

2) The home is rooted in heart of Leicester City with very good transport links and close to cafes supermarkets restaurants and bars

3) The rooms are spacious with an en-suite making it great for groups. Large windows run throughout the apartment flooding the space with light.

3 Things to consider

1) Street parking is limited but there is a large NCP parking 30 seconds walk at ?4.50 a day

2) The kitchen only has the basic equipment and not suited for high flying chefs.

3) The apartment is in the core of Leicester near to bars. Although I have not had any complaints about it there is potential for noise. Being on the 4th floor minimises the noise. (Please note that the elevator is out of order currently)

Please note there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 singles. If you would like the double Airbed for additional guests then select 5/6 guests which there is an extra cost.

Guest access

Coffee tea & sugar will be awaiting your arrival! You have access to the entire apartment that has Wifi 28 inch TV with 100 Freeview channels. Basic cookery and cutlery is provided to stir something together on the electric hob. Or why not relax and put something into the oven You will have a fridge freezer ready to host your food.
