The Beechwood B&B is just on the edge of Roundhay Park in Leeds which is one of the largest city parks in Europe. The Hotel is a fine one hundred year old stone building with extensive South facing gardens and a free private car park at the rear of the hotel. All of the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities TV and free 300mbs Wi-Fi. The Beechwood offers its guests good value for money accommodation. Soledad ensures that a hearty full English breakfast is available to all her guests which is of course included in the tariff (for direct bookings) or for those who prefer a lighter Continental breakfast is available. Roundhay is one of the city s premier locations and is renowned for its restaurants pubs and social life. In addition the hotel is only three miles from the Leeds City Centre which gives guests easy access to superb shopping centres such as The Trinity Victoria Gate Victoria Quarter and the numerous other attractions in the city such as The Royal Armouries and Leeds Arena. Just fifteen minutes drive from the hotel guests can visit Harewood House with its famous Bird Garden or venture a little further to Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales. Eating out in the area is a pleasure with a huge range of top class restaurants from Italian cuisine at the famous Flying Pizza to the superb Banyan Bar & Kitchen and Fanoosh Indian Restaurant all within a couple streets from the B&B. Or if you prefer there are excellent English Pubs as well as chiche Pubs with craft beer within walking distance all of which serve top class food but with drinks at pub prices. Some of the best golf courses in Yorkshire are literally minutes away from The Beechwood. It s the ideal location for a golf break and offers good reasonably priced accommodation for golfers. With our downstairs rooms your clubs can be easily and safely stored overnight. There is free parking at the hotel and a hearty English breakfast is served to start the day. Getting around: The Beechwood is situated on a main bus route to and from Leeds City Centre. Guests need only cross the street for the nearest bus stop. With buses passing every 15 minutes or less the three mile journey into the Leeds City Centre takes approximately 20 minutes. We are pet friendly! We understand that going away when you have a pet can be difficult and expensive and nobody really likes leaving their beloved pet in kennels. The Beechwood is right next to Roundhay Park in Leeds where all pets are welcome. The park is enormous with no restrictions were they can run free in the fields and woods.
