Seadrift Bed & Breakfast is a purpose built B&B offering all the comfort & luxuries you require with two of the rooms having wonderful shoreviews. We re situated on the shores of Loch Alsh and is only a few minutes from the village of Dornie which boasts the famous Eilean Donan Castle just 10 minutes drive to the Skye Bridge at Kyle of Lochalsh or to see the palm trees of Plockton a 15-minute drive. It is an ideal central base for touring round Skye & Lochalsh and is also central for hill walkers and climbers. Each room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized (5ft) bed with high quality cotton bedding the ensuite shower rooms have walk in shower cubicles wc and sink. Egyptian cotton bath sheets hand towels and face flannels are provided and the hospitality tray is equipped with kettle nespresso coffee machine and a selection of tea coffee hot chocolate and fruit teas. Freeview TV and DVD players are in all the bedrooms. Please note that we do not take babies or children under 10 and can allow only 2 persons per bedroom. /p p Full Breakfast is served in the breakfast room with views over Nostie Bay and Loch Alsh. Help yourself from the buffet table with fresh fruit cereal creamy porridge fresh pastries and juice. Choose from Fairtrade tea or fresh coffee. Enjoy our homemade marmalade and jams on a choice of brown or white toast. Our hot options of scrambled egg (usually from eggs from our own chickens) smoked salmon from our local supplier or full Scottish are cooked to order when you come to breakfast and know what takes your fancy. /p p Guests are invited to make use of the dining room in the evening for reading playing cards etc and it also makes an ideal place to sit and watch the wildlife. We have sat and watched an otter playing in the water as well as observing the varied birdlife. We have provided some binoculars for our guests to use if they spot something of interest. Guest can also use our large wall map to plan the day ahead and share experiences with other guests. /p
