THIS IS WHAT OUR GUESTS HAVE BEEN SAYING ABOUT US:

Although this is not a hotel in the usual sense it is up there with some of the best hotels in hull in terms of comfort cleanliness parking facilities with the bonus of having a very good and well equip self-service kitchen.

It was cosy. Home from home. Rooms were nice clean and bright. The communal area was fantastic to sit and chat with other people.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. It was like a beautiful home from home

Gorgeous building. Lovely room. Didn t use the kitchen and lounge facilities but they looked new and luxurious.

The property is located on the Holderness Road in East Hull. Close by is East Park Hull s largest Park and one ot the leading Park venues in the North of England. Equally close by is KCOM Craven Park home to numerous local businesses. Other major employers in the area include Reckitt and Benckiser Smith & Nephew and several major International Chemical and pharmaceutical companies based at Saltend Chemical Park on the Humber River.

If it is culture and leisure your after then many of Hulls major attractions are within a 2-4 mile radius of the accommodation including the Old Town and the Marina. Other Attractions include: Hull New Theatre The Ferens Art Gallery Hull Arena Hull Truck Theatre Street life Museum KCOM Stadium and we can t forget Hull s number one attraction The Deep one of the world s most spectacular Aquariums.

IN 2008 THE PROPERTY HOSTED SARAH FERGUSON THE FORMER DUCHESS OF YORK AND EX WIFE OF HRH PRINCE ANDREW. SHE AND HER FILM CREW STAYED HERE WHILE FILMING LOCALLY FOR A TV DOCUMENTARY.
