Description

Conveniently located close to a 24 hour Tesco this two bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished in 2018. It provides all aspects of modern luxury. First floor apartment has superfast fibre broadband large flat screen tvs in living and bedrooms comfortable beds. the kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher microwave larder fridge and cooker. All the pots pans plates and cutlery that you will need for an extended stay.

Outside there is plenty of free parking a whole host of take aways cafes and restaurants and a 24 hour Tesco all within a few minutes walk.

The apartment is a short drive bus ride or a manageable walk from the university.

Below the apartment is a beauty clinic run by the owners and attended reception is available from 10am to 7pm Tuesday to Saturday and unattended access available outside these times.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with quality furnishings. The bedrooms have king size beds. The living room has two double sofa beds. there are blackout curtains and excellent quality linen to ensure a sumptuous night s sleep.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over washbasin and toilet. It also has a douche (shattaf spray)

The second shower room has toilet basin and shower.

The apartment is heated with gas central heating and there is plentiful hot water.

Full payment will be collected 30 days before arrival or immediately upon booking within 30 days of arrival date.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a cleaning/admin fee of ?95 per stay which will be added to your bill for each booking.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a ?500 Preauthorisation to cover charges including damages per stay.

Beauty treatments for men and women are available downstairs.
