Description

The Kings Arms is a quaint and cosy pub run by a small team of family and close friends. We endeavor to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which our customers can comfortably enjoy their stay with us. In the summertime our large trade garden provides a safe environment for children. During the cold winter months our open fire is always an irresistible magnet. We serve a home cooked meals Monday - Saturday. Or enjoy one of our Sunday Roasts with a tempting home made dessert. We are located close to the historic town of Colchester where you can visit the famous castle we also are near to the excellent Colchester zoo. There is a bus stop directly outside of the pub with regular buses that can take you to Colchester or Chelmsford. There is also a nearby train station in Marks Tey with a direct line to London. We do not have a 24 hour concierge and last check in is at 21.30.
