Description

The cottage is light modern and has a beautifully fitted kitchen / dining room overlooking the 1 acre of garden - all with underfloor heating .The Kitchen is fully kitted out with everything a keen cook could need.

Towards the sitting room there is a lovely little area with a cosy log burner for those colder months!

The sitting room is spacious again with underfloor heating and also benefits from a desk for those requiring an area to work whilst on holiday.

Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor landing.

The master bedroom is a lovely light room with with a view of rural Suffolk. Furnished with a super king size bed bedside cabinets and space to store clothes.

Modern en suite with under floor heating and a superb shower and bath.

The second double bedroom is another good sized room with storage for clothes and next to the family bathroom.

The family bathroom has again been finished to a very high standard and has both a spacious shower and bath.

The third bedroom is really for the kids! It is not small but it has two unique hand built bunkbeds that are certainly a feature in the room - if required this room could be suitable for two older guests and used as a twin room. The top bunks are for children only.

There is parking for two cars on the drive at the front of the property with easy access to the front door just around the corner.

The cottage is a detached holiday home with a lovely private garden area.
