Breakfast bar has seating for four people and the dining table comfortably seats 8 people.

French doors lead out on to the delightful deck with the views overlooking the surrounding farmland and forest beyond. It is quite breathtaking.

The hallway has a hanging area laundry cupboard with washing machine along with a separate hanging cupboard
