We are a small family business with Sunday as our only full day off therefore reception is not open 24 hours ideally we like arrivals between 10.30 am - 4-30 pm but we are available till 6 pm (Not on Sundays) we need an arrival time so we can ensure the room is all cleaned and ready for guests arriving early and that we are on cover in reception for guests arriving in the afternoon.
If delayed on route till after your arrival time please call to ensure we are available to cover your later arrival time fees may apply.( see below.) and also so we can use our time efficiently.
Guests wanting to arrive after 5 pm must check we are available BEFORE booking. if you book before checking & we are unavailable to cover your booking will be cancelled with no refunds on booking arriving within 72 hours. A ?10-00 late arrival fee will be charged on arrivals after 6 pm latest check in time is 8-30 pm. Available Monday - Saturdays only. No late arrivals available on Sundays.
The Regent Motel & Bar offers accommodation only in Rye Town Centre. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms shampoo/shower gel conditioner body lotion & shower caps. Tea/Coffee trays televisions & hairdryers.
Limited parking available on a first in basis.
Reserved spaces ?5-00.
An iron & ironing board is available for guests use.
We have one travel cot please request on booking & bring your own bedding.
Extra Z bed available for an extra child in some rooms ?5-00 fee applies please call to book.
Guests are supplied with main entrance & room key.
All rooms are up one flight of stairs one double is up two flights of stairs. Please inform us if this room is unsuitable.
If you wish to leave your bags once you have vacated please check with staff on vacation day.
