Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne our hotel can be the perfect base and a warm welcome awaits you. Located directly opposite the pebble beach some 150 metres east of the Pier on Eastbourne s glorious seafront we have many rooms with superb views of the English Channel. We aim to appeal to visitors holiday-makers and business guests alike. The hotel is within minutes walk of the town centre close to the station theatres and Wintergarden Conference Centre. We have 7 double rooms 12 twin rooms 1 triple room (which can be used as a twin) and 9 single rooms (all en-suite). 10 of our rooms have unspoilt views of the English Channel while a further 3 rooms have a partial view of the sea. We are particularly suited to one coach groups. The property is now totally non-smoking.
