Ideally situated in Cambridge Gardens the guesthouse is just minutes from Hastings rail and bus station and just a short stroll will bring you into the centre of town where the high street shops traditional and modern bars and excellent restaurants can be found.
Our accommodation is ideal for business and leisure travelers with guests having the choice of staying in our rooms or our apartments. All our accommodation has been individually styled and finished to a very high standard offering a premium level of comfort.
With Number 46 being a smaller property it allows us to provide a relaxed and professional service that tailors for our guests every need.
All bedrooms are stylishly decorated and equipped with flat screen TV with FreeView complimentary high speed wireless Internet mini fridge iron and ironing board hairdryer radio alarm clock iPod/iPhone docking station tea/coffee making facilities and a coffee machine.
Room rates are for accommodation & complimentary overnight parking for a nearby car park.

We only offer a self check in service details of this service will be text on the day of arrive at approx 12.00 noon. Overseas guests self check in information will be sent via email the day before arrival. Please contact Number 46 if you do not have access to your email the day before your arrival.
There is no breakfast service available at Number 46.
