Boreham House a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian house built around 1796 is a luxury bed and breakfast set in lovely gardens with magnificent views across Sussex countryside. The three spacious rooms all offer sumptuous beds fine linen and deluxe bathrooms. The house is close to many historical sites such as the castles of Herstmonceux Pevensey and Bodiam and only 6 miles from Battle where the Battle of Hastings took place in 1066. The towns of Eastbourne Tunbridge Wells Hastings and Lewes are within easy reach and Glyndebourne is only 25 minutes away with the beach at Pevensey a 10 minute drive. This is an excellent base for those interested in fishing walking golfing or riding. There is an excellent pub just 100m from the house and many other very good restaurants close by. Just the place to rest relax and escape!
