Welcome to Kinruve.

Kinruve Guest House is situated on a quiet road in Grantown on Spey within 5 minutes walking distance from the local shops hotels and restaurants. Our house dates back to 1895 and still retains many of its original features. We provide ample off road parking at the rear of the house with secure storage for motor bikes and cycles.

All our rooms have been newly refurbished with the emphasis on comfort and cleanliness. They are fully equipped with everything you should require to make your stay enjoyable. A seating area is also provided in each room however guests have access to the main sitting room where they can enjoy the comforts of our wood burning stove on chilly evenings. Board games playing cards and books are available. Free WiFi is also available throughout the house. We strive to provide a home from home relaxed experience for our guests.

Breakfast

Our breakfast menu offers a variety of dishes ranging from a full cooked breakfast to fresh fruit yogurt and cereals or a combination thereof. Our breakfasts are cooked to order using the best of local produce sourced from our local butcher. If you have dietary requirements please notify us in advance preferably when booking and we will provide alternatives for you.

Grantown on Spey is a perfect location for exploring the Scottish Highlands Loch Ness and the Moray coast. The area offers spectacular scenery with an abundance of wildlife and bird life. There are also several Munros within a short travelling distance for the more energetic. There is a dedicated cycling skills park on the outskirts of Grantown or alternatively you can cycle in the surrounding woodland. The Moray coastline is an ideal location to see seals and dolphins and enjoy the beautiful unspoilt beaches.
