Appointed them at the beginning of the year for family law. Serious lack of communication with Mark and unprofessional attitude. Constantly had to enquire about updates as I was getting almost no communication. After asking for information regarding a letter that had been sent to a 3rd party from my lawyers regarding my case I still received no response! On the 3rd time of asking I informed them if they don’t forward on the letter then we will need to part ways as I need a solicitor who will communicate a lot better than what I was getting. Mark from JC Hughes responded to that email by simply saying “you change lawyers”. No dear or regards just 3 words in a email, totally unprofessional!
