Description

Rosie and Peter have been running a successful B & B in the centre of Falkirk for 19 years in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are 10 minutes walk from train stations and bus station.

Falkirk s attractions are the exciting Kelpies the Falkirk Wheel and canal systems and historic Callendar House.

We are convenient for the John Muir trail and the Bo ness Railway museum as well as Edinburgh Glasgow and Stirling.

Accommodation

ROOM1

is a self-contained area on the ground floor with it s own door to the outside and has an en-suite shower room twin beds and separate sitting room with settee fridge microwave tea and coffee making facilities and TV.

ROOM 2

Very large double bedroom with en suite Bathroom and small fridge tea and coffee making facilities and TV.

DINING ROOM

Full Scottish breakfast is served in our unique dining room with feature Victorian spiral staircase.

GARDEN

Our house is set in a large attractive mature garden looking out over our own chickens.

PETS IN RESIDENCE

Our house is shared by Irish Setters Zoe and Flora and cats Maisie and Lulu as well as our chickens.
