Only gave one start as there is no zero!
Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated. Purchased sofa and recliners. Ordered in march. Nelson's were great by allowing us to have a loan sofa while waiting on delivery.
Upon delivery everything seemed fine. Delivery guys chatted away. Left saying we had 3 days to check goods over.
Noticed that one side of the sofa seemed loose / not clicked into place correctly. Call Nelson's to ask if they could return and take a look.
Hit with nothing but abuse. Talking over us. Rude. Terrible way to treat customers.
Told they would return and take the sofa back and return our cash. We told them this IS NOT what we wanted. Just double check it.
Delivery guys arrived back and removed everything. We were absolutely in shock.
One of the delivery guys claimed we'd given him a hard time when he delivered the goods. Totally untrue. We had been laughing and joking and this is seen on our CCTV cameras.
Please, if you are looking for a new sofa/chair, please avoid this local business.
Still can't believe we have nothing to sit on and any other shops are now a 20+ week wait.
One of our household is currently on the transplant waiting list. The company were advised but still did not show one shred of empathy.
Utterly shocked and disappointed.
