Very, very poor customer service
I ordered a tweed suit from them and they delivered in around a week
It wasn’t the greatest of fits so I e-mailed them about returning it (they had not provided any returns note in the package)
I got not response so I e-mailed them again a week later and another week after that, all with no reply (I have the e-mail server logs so know they were delivered)
Eventually I spoke to them and they promised to look in to it and return my call the same day
4 days later, after no return call, I sent the suit back by Royal Mail, recorded and insured
Now they call me claiming they won’t refund because it took longer than 30 days, even though I had e-mailed them 3 times within a couple of weeks
I feel that they just ignored the e-mails in the hope I wouldn’t return it
I have had to escalate this as a fraudulent payment, thankfully I paid via PayPal so have some protection and cover
If I’d paid by another means I might have been left with no other recourse than the small claims court
Avoid them at all cost, they are very, very poor
