We are a small family run business originally from south Wales & purchased the Red Lion in June 2016 & we are continuously making improvements to make our Inn a comfortable & relaxing place to stay. While trying to keep a homely & old cosy country feeling of a 16th century country inn. We take pride in our acclaimed hospitality using local fresh produce has made The Red Lion renowned for its food.

David is our chef & takes pride in introducing new specials every week.



Using local welsh produce as much as we can is important to us. We serve a wide variety of grills from our char-grill using Local welsh black steaks classic meals weekly special & Vegetarian meals. We also offer a children s menu. Roast dinners served from 12:00 every Sunday with a choice of Locally produced welsh Lamb Beef Turkey or Nut Roast



Our cosy 16th century Drovers Inn has been dispensing sustenance and refreshment to weary travellers for centuries. Today guests can relax with a drink or enjoy a meal in front of the log burning fires in our beamed lounge bars or wander into our terrace for a meal. Featuring free WiFi in bar area.The Inn has a large private car park a sun trap pub garden five ensuite rooms at reasonable prices private residents lounge.
