The back house is a cedar wood clad building in a modern Scandinavian design. This property is unique to Canterbury. It is tucked away off the main road behind The Arthouse The generous living area has a reception room with two sofas flat screen T.V with satellite digital channels dvd player and music center with I-pod docking station. This living area encompasses a dining area which can seat up to 10 people then leads into a well equipped kitchen with extra seating for four guests. Upstairs there s a spacious open plan area with a large king size bed & en-suite bathroom plus a seating area with a pull out sofa bed.
There is a courtyard garden that wraps around the house to give it a very private feel.
