Self contained 3 bedroom cottage tucked away on this National Trust Farm. Once an old calf barn Hue s Piece has been renovated to a high standard with high ceilings and original exposed beams. Tastefully decorated and furnished the property is all on one level and is privately situated in a tranquil setting with stunning views of open countryside and glorious sunsets. Located within 2 miles of Exeter International airport and M5/A30 road networks 5 miles of the City of Exeter and within 9 miles of the beach. Dartmoor National Park is also easy accessible. The property is wheelchair and pet friendly and consists of an open plan sitting room/kitchen/diner with flat screen TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven slow cooker microwave washing machine and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a kingsize iron bed two other rooms one twin and one single. All bed linen and towels are provided. The wet room shower is spacious and easy for wheelchair users additional equipment can be provided (on request at no cost) ie: shower chair and raised toilet seat. The property has central heating private enclosed garden with dining bench and barbecue free parking of 2 to 3 cars FREE WIFI access and freeview TV.
