Fernside is located on the edge of the hamlet of Templeton Bridge just 14 miles from junction 27 of the M5. There is good access to both North and South Devon.
Two miles from Fernside along attractive country roads is the North Devon link road leading to the north coast with spectacular sandy beaches perfect for bathing and surfing. 19 miles to the south is the Cathedral city of Exeter with its international airport. Exmoor and Dartmoor National parks are roughly equidistant from Fernside with beautiful scenery and many opportunities for walking riding and fishing.
