Moretonhampsted s fascinating history goes back over 1000 years to Saxon times. In addition to having many of its own attractions it is the ideal base to explore some of Britain s most spectacular and beautiful countryside including moorland coast-line and the historic city of Exeter.

We welcome you to a relaxed and comfortable stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are newly refurbished and contemporary.

The double rooms have king size beds. All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities TV and wifi.

Just a few minutes walk from the front door you will find excellent pubs and restaurants charming antique shops tea shops a deli and butchers and candlestick makers (AKA Arnolds Hardware Store!) a good sized Co-op and cash point. Moretonhampstead is in the heart of the Dartmoor National Park.

We do not offer on site parking however you will find plenty of spaces within a short distance of Belmont.
