Our historic building has been recently refurbished to give it a stylish contemporary feel while retaining its true charm and character. The Sun Inn provides the perfect setting for a wonderful meal a quiet drink or an enjoyable evening with friends. And remember we re not just a pub we re also an AA four-star boutique hotel.

The renovation of the Inn which was completed in 2008 was a true labour of love. Starting with a clear vision of what we wanted the inn to look like we stripped the walls back to the original stone refurbished the old fireplace and laid a stunning new wooden floor. No detail was overlooked from the massive beam over the bar to the beautiful feature wallpapers that bring the main dining area to life - we made sure that every detail of the Inn was just right. We paid equal care to each of our five guest rooms which have been refurbished with a real eye for style and comfort.
