Description

We offer our guests a relaxed and informal friendly atmosphere. We provide a fully cooked Scottish breakfast to all our guests.

We have complimentary wi-fi that is usable throughout the property including bedrooms. We have flatscreen freeview tv in every bedroom along with tea/coffee making facilities. There are a number of tours available for you to book at the guest house many of which offer a pick up service from our door.

We are located on the south side of Edinburgh one mile from the city centre. We are a 20 minute walk from the Royal Mile or only a 5 minute bus journey away from the bus stop that is directly outside our door. We are a popular location for the university and the Commonwealth pool and Arthur seat are only a few minutes walk away. Based on Minto Street we are the walkable end of Edinburgh s infamous guest house strip with many popular bars and restaurants based on our doorstep.

We also have quick and direct transport links to Murrayfield stadium from our doorstep which is only 20 minutes away.
