Townhead House was built circa 1825 and is one of the largest original houses in the City of Brechin. It sits in its own grounds of nearly an acre and boasts a large off road secure car parking area suitable for up to 15 vehicles. Ideally positioned in the centre of the City with easy walking access to local shops pubs and restaurants yet peaceful and quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing nights sleep. Over the past few years the house has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard. Close to local places of interest such as Brechin Cathedral and surrounded by golf courses. Brechin is approx halfway between Aberdeen and Dundee and both these cities are well worth a visit for their unique charms.
