We have been running as a Bed & Breakfast for nearly 20 years and cater for the many different types of visitors to Dundee. Wheather it s business or pleasure that brings you to Dundee you will find our place very appealing to you. We take pride in our cleanliness and our excellent service - always with a smile :) All our rooms are en-suite with the exception of one which has private facilities cosy and comfortable and equipped with coffee / tea / hot chocolate making facilities and Freeview TV. There is also free fast WiFi available throughout the Guest House. Also many of our Guests are returning customers coming to re-live their pleasant experience of being here. We specialist in giving free travel advice and maps to tourists travelling around Dundee or Scotland having travelled extensively nationally and internationally. We also have close contacts with the 2 local universities Dundee & Abertay and Ninewells Hospital and if you are coming to Dundee related to these we can be of help.
