Open Door Sales is a modern estate agency covering the DN22 postcode and beyond. Its focus is on high-end premium properties – primarily in rural areas – with fees starting at £2,000 inc. VAT. The second part of the business – Open Door Auctions – is one of leading property auction houses in Nottinghamshire with c.10 auctions per year. Since being launched in July 2012, the team has sold more than £30 million of properties to local residents.
