Under our ownership since April 2015 and following a significant investment, several months of renovation and extension, the 'new' Three Horseshoes is our, we believe unique, re-invention of the traditional English pub.
We have endeavoured to maintain the best aspects of the existing property with the cosy bar and convivial feel while at the same time producing a new, much elevated level of fit-out, service and product commensurate with that demanded by today's public.
Complementing the bar area, we have created a new restaurant area and state of the art kitchen to provide a platform for Head Chef, Gareth Ward, one of the Midland's most talented young Chefs, to deliver his exceptional menus in a comfortable and interesting ambience.
All dishes are produced in our kitchen by Chef Gareth and his team, wherever possible we utilise organic produce and take provenance seriously. We source locally and supplement with the finest produce from around the UK and the world. All of our fish and seafood is super-fresh and from MSC recognised and sustainable sources. We aim to provide for and understand most dietary requirements including sumptuous vegetarian and tasty gluten free options.
