Dear Sir,
On the 16th. April a parcel was sent from the Post Office, in PRESSAC (86460) FRANCE, and was addressed to Beverley Bryans, The Hollies, 3, shaftsbury Road, Bangor, BT20 3GB
The French poste reference number is RK 82 855 477 0 FR
The Colissimo reference tracking number is cc 7640 8990 6FR
After sending the parcel I learnt that Beverley Bryans was no longer resident at the above address, and is now living at Mews Cottage 16, Groomsport House Road, Bangor 19 3 GH.
I advised Beverley Bryans, and she wrote a note to the current house owners' of The Hollies asking them to contact her re the parcel being delivered to their address. (No reply as been received.)
On using the tracking information, I learnt that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered on Thursday 25th. April, and that the parcel was awaiting collection at the 'parcel pick-up point.'
I informed Beverly Bryans of the information, sending her by email the information relating to the tracking. Beverley attempted to gain help from her local post office, who advised her to go to the Main Street Post Office. Beverley was unwell and unable to go herself, so her brother offered to go to the post office with the reference /tracking information. He was told that they were unable to help him unless he had the 'failed delivery note/ ??? we have something for you form.
The current occupiers of the house have not responded to the request to make contact with Beverley Bryans. I have tried numerous avenues of enqiries on a daily basis. The automated service, which I tried to use was giving out incorrect address details (IE The HOLLIES, 3 SHAFTSBURY Road was repeated back to me as 103, Shaftsbury Road, I waited for numerous lengths of time to speak with an Adviser, and on each occasion the call was 'timed out'.
In desperation I have given up. Beverley Bryans. has also said she is giving up too.
If we could score you a minus star(s) for a unhelpful / unworkable system I would have to say it would be in the running for getting a 'Gold Medal of the Highes Order.'
Beverley and I have both worked in management roles in the NHS, and would have dealt with the needs of the importance of public service and Professional helpfulness in a far superior way.
Would you please advise me if there is anything you can do to help Beverley receive her parcel.
We are to post the original French Poste receipt and Colissimo information to her tomorrow.
I would be extremely gratful if someone would help us sort this out.
Beverley Bryans' telephone number is 0044 02891 226808
The email address is

Beverley will be travelling to Peru at the end of May for a period of three to four weeks.
I would very much appreciate if this delivery can be expedited at your earliest convenience please.
Yours sincerely
Lenna and Michael Clark
